Closed Customs Shipping Policy

At Closed Customs, every PC is built to order, fully tested, and shipped securely from our facility in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada. We take care to ensure your system arrives safely and on time — wherever you are in Canada.

Processing & Build Time

  • Each PC is built after your order is confirmed.

  • Standard build and testing time: 5–10 business days (depending on component availability).

  • You’ll receive email updates at each stage of the build: confirmation, assembly, testing, and shipping.

  • Once your build is complete, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details.

Shipping

All orders from Closed Customs ship free of charge anywhere in Canada.
Each shipment includes full insurance coverage equal to the total value of your order.

We ensure every PC is carefully packaged, handled, and shipped with priority to reach you safely and on time.

Packaging & Protection

Every PC is shipped in double-walled boxes with custom foam inserts and anti-static protection.
We go beyond standard packing — your system is securely protected against vibration, impact, and static discharge.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Deliveries require a signature upon arrival for security reasons.

  • Missed deliveries can be rescheduled or picked up at your nearest depot.

Shipping Limitations

  • Currently, we only ship within Canada.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or international addresses.

  • Customers outside of BC may experience longer transit times during peak seasons.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and PC immediately before opening.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours at support@closedcustoms.com.

  3. We’ll file a claim and begin an insurance replacement or repair process.

All shipments are fully insured, and we’ll handle the process directly with the carrier.
